Care Cab is non-emergency transport. You can request door-to-door help, a wheelchair-friendly vehicle, or a companion. It is offered only to drivers and vehicles an administrator has marked eligible. It is not an ambulance.

Airport, seaport, meetings, weddings and large events are quotation requests. Admin sets the price. The booking is confirmed only after that quotation is accepted.

After a driver accepts, their position is shown while the Driver screen is open and location is allowed. Closing the phone or the site can pause updates. Background GPS is not available in this web app. Sharing stops when the ride is completed.

Booking, assignment and trip updates are stored in the app and shown in the bell. Browser alerts work while this tab is open if you allow them. Push to a closed phone is not connected.
